Fall for Whitman Day on Saturday
By the Office of Admission
Whitman College will be hosting prospective students and their guests on Saturday, Oct. 18, for Fall for Whitman Day. This is a great time for prospective students and their guests to visit campus in person to learn more about our community.
Whatever your position at Whitman, you have a vital role to play in welcoming potential students. Here are a few ways to help during this visit weekend:
- Smile! Be ready to turn a friendly face to people you pass on campus.
- Wear your Whitman College gear on these event days
- Please do not park in the spaces labeled for events or anywhere that blocks campus sidewalks or pathways.
- Sign up to greet guests and help them get to their next destination.
Thank you to everyone who engages with these students from the initial point of contact through their upcoming visits and decisions, answering questions and sharing what you love about Whitman.
