Sexual Violence Prevention Events Next Week

I am excited to share that next week, from Feb. 3–5, our campus will host a series of collaborative programs focused on sexual violence prevention (SVP) and community engagement. Organized by the Culture of Respect, SVP student leaders and the Welty Student Health Center, in partnership with Recognize Violence, Change Culture (RVCC), this three-day event will feature workshops and activities designed to foster awareness and drive meaningful change.
RVCC is a nationally recognized leader that partners with campuses to amplify their sexual violence prevention efforts through creative community engagement, meaningful outreach, and skill-building workshops, all designed to build a more consent-centered culture. RVCC is passionate about infusing creativity and joy into prevention work, centralizing the experiences of marginalized communities, and providing campuses with the tools and skills to shift culture and establish new, lasting norms for violence prevention.
